Hi. It is nearly impossible to see the contents on screen in that video.
However, you can only submit ratings/reviews for apps which are
installed on your phone. If the app is not installed, you cannot submit
a review for it.

Hi! I can't to rate a few applications in the Ubuntu Phone (BQ Ubuntu
Edition). I flashed the mobile 2 times and it's in a random apps. Not
a pattern.
