system freezes when switching icons in the launcher

Bug description:
When i click on an icon in the launcher and i drag it the system
freezes. Mouse is still movable but nothing is clickable anymore, so i
have to restart manually by pressing the hardware button.
I just upgraded from 12.04, maybe that helps
