Bug description:
For testing we need to restart maliit-server with testability enabled, for
the likes of unity8 we can do something like:
$ stop unity8 && start unity8 QT_LOAD_TESTABILITY=1
Currently this does't work for the maliit-server and I've had to
resort to writing an override file.
