Ubuntu 12.10 reached end-of-life so it's no longer supported. Can you still reproduce this bug on 14.04 (or laters)?

It change own window shape few times (according to resolution change on remote host). Every time resolution changes it make itself 'active' window. And every time duplicated icon appear in docing pannel. Applet was closed, no java is present in memory, but those icons is sill in docing (see attachment).
