What happened:
1) Start the camera app, note the contols at the bottom (video mode, capture
photo, switch camera)
2) Select switch camera to change to the front facing, note the controls are
still there
3) Select switch camera again to switch back to rear facing
4) Notice that the controls have disappeared and that the user has to touch
the screen for the controls to appear again.
What was expected:
At step 4 for the controls to be visible
