This looks like one of your profiles doesn't have

    include <tunables/global>

which causes the "Found reference to variable etc_ro, but >" messages.

Unfortunately the systemctl output is cut off so I can't see which
profile it is. Can you please post the output of

    systemctl status apparmor.service | cat

(the "| cat" should avoid that things get cut off)
