The attached rfkill.txt only mentions 'dell-bluetooth'. But that's not the Bluetooth device I would expect to see since you have an Intel AX201 installed which the kernel log knows as 'hci0'. So I wonder if turning off Bluetooth "manually" has completely hidden the Intel Bluetooth device 'hci0'.
If you reboot the machine and never turn off Bluetooth, what does the 'rfkill' command show? ** Changed in: bluez (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to bluez in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2092413 Title: Bluetooth can't be turned on, after turning it off manually Status in bluez package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Hello my most principally distinguished developers and representatives of the Ubuntu(Linux) and Human interface, My bluetooth does not turn back on after manually turning off from the UI or from the terminal.
