Public bug reported: - I have a laptop that I connected two additional monitors to. 1, via USB C, and the 2nd via HDMI output. - At some point, the USB C connected monitor froze. The monitor was still responsive and working normally, but the image on it did not change according to input / move the mouse etc. - The computer was not locked up at all, the other two screens functioned normally. - When I alt-tabbed, I could see the browser window (in the window preview) that was up on that screen did not match the image displayed on the screen (the web page was scrolled down). - I found that I could manipulate the browser and even drag it from the right/USB C monitor to the other screens, and it worked normally. - Unplugging and replugging the USB C cable refreshed it and it worked normally. - I found another instance of this also happening - https://askubuntu.com/questions/1501080/intermittent-freezing-of-external-display-on-ubuntu-22-04-with-dual-screen-setup
