Title:
  make nfs initrd.img can not boot

Status in initramfs-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I edit /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf file , change "in BOOT=local" to 
"BOOT=nfs", 
  and exec mkinitramfs -o /initrd.img for nfs boot.

  but only boot to busybox, result: REASON=NO init found. pls check.

  pxe:

  kernel ubuntu/vmlinuz
  append root=/dev/nfs rw initrd=ubuntu/initrd.img boot=casper netboot=nfs 
nfsroot=192.168.2.3:/var/lib/tftpboot/ubuntu debug=1 ip=dhcp --
