Public bug reported:

On most bootups the audio line-out volume is stuck at 55% not able to change up 
or down.
Tried unplugging/plugging speakers - nfg
Kubuntu 24.04 installed less than a week ago, problem comes and goes.
removed the desktop audio control and reinstalled - nfg
unable to locate the .conf file for sound control.
