This bug only affects KUbunu, not other Ubuntu distributions. Users of KDE are very proactive and found a workaround to this bug, but shamelessly, it's in every version and update as long as KUbuntu 22.10, so nobody managing this distribution is aware of it or just don't want to waste his time on such a minor user pool.
