On Mantic:
$ btmgmt --index 1 info
Unable to open 1: No such file or directory (2)

Note the error 'Unable to open...' above.
The machine has only a single hci so index 1 is invalid. The correct
result should be:
$ btmgmt --index 1 info
Reading hci1 info failed with status 0x11 (Invalid Index)
