Bug description:
Maybe due to new code in apt-get, maybe the one outputting this :
NEEDRESTART-VER: 3.5
NEEDRESTART-KCUR: 5.15.0-40-generic
NEEDRESTART-KEXP:
5.15.0-40-generic
NEEDRESTART-KSTA: 1
If a terminal is not available, maybe for read ? or maybe for write ?
It just stall.
