Hi Benjamin, Thanks for getting back to me. There is unfortunately no crash report available for apport. I went and tinkered with the ubuntu-bug command as you suggested to try and close in on the issue here.
I want to note 2 things: 1. The generic bug reporter was not allowing me to select "other" it spat back that I needed to include the package in questions (when the command specifically told me to run generic ubuntu-bug, strange?) 2. even after replicating this to the best of my ability, it did not crash this time. Instead it hung up / froze so I took a screen shot of everything involved. File is attached. If you also want the avplayer.1000.crash file (not sure this issue is related), let me know!
