Public bug reported: Issue with graphics card fan running at max RPM if either cpu or gpu are put under slight stress. Usually when graphics card temp goes above 50 degrees celsius, but also if the CPU is performing some intensive work. This has started ever since upgrading to Ubuntu 22.04. The actual GPU fan speed reported is sometimes misreported during these errors, and does not respond to manual control through CoreCTRL or via command-line, but it is definitely the GPU fan which is making the noise.
