External Monitors Not Detected Anymore

Bug description:
On Ubuntu 20.04 on a DELL XPS13 (with i915 Chip): after the update of
mesa-vulkan-drivers from 21.0.3 to 21.2.6 (incl. libgl*, libdrm*
etc.), external displays (here connected via DELL USB Dock) are not
detected anymore. I had to restore the old version with Timeshift.
