Bug description:
The version 2.9.1 (packaged for Ubuntu 20.04) suffers from a bug that
prevents the playback of AAC with Parametric Stereo (PS). The related
change has been reverted in 2.9.2 to fix this:
https://github.com/knik0/faad2/pull/51
So it would be great if this patch could be backported to 20.04 as
well, in order to fix this for people using the packaged version.
