[greeter] Operator label is not shown in the top bar of the greeter

Bug description:
The top bar currently shows Magnifying Glass + "Search". The
magnifying glass should be removed and operator name string displayed
instead, in all caps. E.g. "VODAFONE UK", "EE" or "AT&T". The orange
bar should be removed as well.
