You have been subscribed to a public bug: console-setup defaults prevent using automatic highdpi fonts
Kernel has built-in Terminus fonts, at multiple sizes, and it picks font based on screen resolution, including selecting high-dpi version of the font. The autogenerated default of FONTFACE=VGA and FONTSIZE=16 for Lat15 results in tiny font getting set on high-dpi laptops. Dropping this setting, makes fonts to be of correct size on highdpi screens. ** Affects: console-setup (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Incomplete -- console-setup defaults prevent using automatic highdpi fonts https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1880266 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to console-setup in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
