Public bug reported: When I attempted to change the Software & Updates settings by clicking on the "prerelease" version, I realized I forgot to connect to the internet.
I did, but not before clicking the "Reload" button on the desktop. As a result, even after my PC connected to the internet, now the Cache Refresh is stuck at 100% completion, instead of finishing, or closing after giving me an error.
