I have headphones using the clinch output and USB Audio Speakers. After I added the line "load- module module-udev-detect tsched=0" to /etc/pulse/default.pa, the speakers started working, but everytime I restart the computer the speakers need to be reselected. Also the volume slider does not seem to work. The Audiospeakers had trouble working since 18.04. Please fix that. Let me suggest a better way to allow controlling of the panel: Make the audiopanel a separate control panel. Show a list of devices to be selected. Then show another list of audiosources. Allow the control of each device separately with a Volumeslide and a Mute button. If you want to make it very fancy, then allow to each source to be directed to any output, so that I could send the output of one chrome tab to my headphones and the other one to the speakers.
