After resuming from lockscreen and/or suspend, taskbar, dock, and
screen fonts are messed up

Bug description:
After waking from suspend, the taskbar fonts are unreadable, as are
the fonts used on the dock and on the icons on the desktop. The only
cure I can find is to reboot.
