Title: Android GPS HAL should only be started/stopped at most once Status in “location-service” package in Ubuntu: In Progress Bug description: Some Android GPS HAL implementations seem to have an issue with multiple start/stop attempts if they are already running/stopped. The subsequent behavior is undefined and results in bugs that are difficult to track/identify/trace back to the misbehaving HAL. With that, the gps provider implementation should ensure correct behavior.
