[Test Case] Just install the needed build dependencies and try to build gconf. It will fail with an error from gtk-doc.make. Second issue: if gtk- doc.make is patched, the build will fail if dh-python isn't installed. [Regression Potential] None, you can't break it more than FTBFS :) [Other Info] Fixes are backported from Cosmic.
