Start the phone with no Internet (i.e. no wireless or 2g/3g/4g) 2. From the Dash, swipe from the bottom to get to Manage Dash 3. Click "All" 4. Note there are no internet based scopes available (which makes sense since you are not online) 5. Click Done to go back to the dash 6. Use the network indicator to get online 7.
