Title: key retrieval timeouts cause failures Status in juju: New Status in software-properties package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: We have been seeing keyserver timeouts causing failed runs at an increased rate recently (over the last 6+ months). Here is an example failure: [10.244.40.32] sudo: add-apt-repository -k https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/ --yes "ppa:curtin-dev/proposed" [10.244.40.32] out: Error: retrieving gpg key timed out. One idea is that this needs to be addressed by making the client (software-properties) more robust.
