In addition to the packages in ubuntu-minimal the added ubuntu-wsl metapackage depends on on utilities useful only in the WSL environment. [Test Case] * The package is a new metapackage, just try installing it [Fix] * The change add the new package and also adds the wsl seed to watch. [Regression potential] * Nothing, it is a new meta package, with no breaks, etc. [Other Info] * Please consider accepting this new binary package to Disco, because it needs to be SRU-d to all supported releases.
