This bug only affects the version of the package in disco-proposed, which users should not be installing from. This will automatically resolve the bug with no changes required to the util-linux package, so there is no reason to keep a bug open on this package to track it; at the moment the bug is fixed, util-linux will be migratable to the disco release pocket.
