Bug description:
bluetooth headset (Motorola S10-HD) remains connected despite it
appears disconnected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Pair the Motorola S10-HD with krillin
2. Now disconnect the headtset form bluetooth settings page.
3. Note that bt headset settings page shows that device is disconnected.
4. Now play some music track
Observe that music is still playing through bt headset while it is
disconnected.
