I have the same bug. when computer wakeup, the bluetooth mouse disconnected everytime. and I must make a pair of them, but after wakeup again, the bug returned.

This worked with Kubuntu 9.04, 9.10, 10.10 and does not work after upgrade to 11.04. After wake up the bluetooth adapter is on, when I do 'lsusb' I can see: ... Bus 007 Device 002: ID 0db0:a97a Micro Star International Bluetooth EDR Device ... but the graphic configurator tells "No bluetooth adapter found". Bluetooth works well after normal boot.
