Using : Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Release: 16.04 Almost everytime I need to install a software on command line, Following appears: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done E: Unable to locate package skype After running apt-get update, The installation works as expected. The Canonical partners is activated in repo. options. Feels like this is a system bug. Anybody with same problem?
