After resume, I had to start the printer in the "Printer" dialog (control panel), because it was paused. Immediatly the printer started the job ("in progress") from the first page instead of the last page sent to the printer. I think cups should either prevent system suspend or continue at the last page (double-page if duplex enabled) after resume.
