Cat seems to read other text files fine...idk what stuff that file would
have in it so not sure I want to attach it without my being able to read
it?
I know I upgraded early so I have to accept the possibility that I've
simply ruined my computer somehow, but equally it's in Final Freeze and
many will be manually upgrading soon...
I can't open anything with Text Editor, which I'm trying to report,
Launchpad keeps refreshing on the +filebug page (after running `ubuntu-
bug gedit`).
I'm on IRC if you'd rather do things quickfire there :)

Updates freezes the program (at least, in the Communitheme Wayland
session (`snap install communitheme --edge` 0.1 (73))).
