Bug description:
This has happened to me twice on krillin #87 while testing silo 18 with
unity-plugin-scopes 0.5.4+14.10.20141002.1-0ubuntu1

See the attached screenshot.
What I did in this case was to install 2ubuntu. Then got back to the home
screen clicking the back button on the header.
The header appears again if I swipe down the dash.
