I have updated Bug #1661869 with an SRU template and new updates to fix this issue, plus the issue in that bug.
The fix is simply to update /etc/avahi/avahi-daemon.conf and comment out the entire [rlimits] section. You can do this yourself (but the package update will do it for you).
