I'm sorry it took so long to receive a reply about this bug report. However I am going to close it because there is nothing actionable here. That error you reported is incredibly unhelpful, and it' not caused by anything from this package. We'd need to know what is asking dpkg to explicitly configure libunistring0 whilst already being done. If you are still affected by this issue please contact user support to figure the best way forward; also most probably it's some kind of misconfiguration on your part anyway.
