Then I locked the 0.22 versions in Synaptic. As expeceted. neither Synapitc nor the update-manager then offer these versions for upgrade. Synaptic shows the two packages as pinned; update-manager does not show them at all. However, apt-get from the command line does not recognize the locking status and always does an upgrade when called as apt-get upgrade or apt-get dist-upgrade.
