Display won't wake up ,and some other problems

Bug description:
Desktop pc ,ubuntu 17.04 ,Nvidia GTX1060 ,i7-6700K ,16gb RAM . Display 1 is a
Philips 1920x1080 monitor ,connected via DVI-D cable , and LG TV 3840x2160 as
display 2 ,connected via HDMI cable .When TV is turned on ,all icons on the
desktop (on monitor) could dissapear ,if tv turned off ,they are again in place
.
Also all active opened windows ( skype ,firefox ,transmission , everything
else ) are moved to TV when tv is turned on,i have to move mouse to tv screen
and drag them back to monitor.
Also main problem is when TV turned on ,when monitor goes sleep after
10minutes of inactivity , it can't wake up ,if tv is turned off first . Monitor
and TV then both have no in input signal ,moving mouse or pressing keyboard
does not wake up neither display .Workaround is to move mouse to wake up pc
monitor first ,then tv can be turned off .Or otherwise ,when no displays
working , i have to press Alt-Ctrl-F1 , login , then type reboot ,press enter
,then pc reboots ,and pc monitor functions again .
