Title:
Rename powerd to something less generic

Status in powerd:
  Confirmed
Status in powerd package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
powerd is the name of an already existing binary package in Debian. I guess
it wasn't noticed since it's part of freebsd-utils which
was apparently never really in Ubuntu.

This could be a problem if this package is ever submitted for
inclusion in Debian. And it's just confusing if someone tries to
Google for more information or troubleshooting a problem and just
assumes that FreeBSD is upstream, not Canonical.
