fails sometimes due to wrong geometry of the flash icon

test failure:
camera_app.tests.test_flash.TestCameraFlash.test_cycle_video_flash
The above test fails because the settingsProperty property is not reliable
enough. Sometimes the test ends up clicking 'location' icon which results in
the test failure. We need to find a better way to select this icon.
