Hello Seth, I am afraid that technology is beyond my expertise. I thank you for your help but I am not knowledgeable at all to carry out your instructions. I will ask for help from the person where I purchased the computer. i phoned him today and he asked me to bring the computer in. At this time I believe it is the best alternative.
