Title:
Human emblems don't refresh properly when enlarged

Status in ubuntu-themes package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce using default icon sets: crux, tangerine, human,
  mist,

  1. Go to your home folder and enlarge any of the above icon themes to 150%.
  2. Enter one of the folders and then back out to the original directory.

You will now notice the sub icons (small icons around the main folder
icon) are cut off on their sides. The problem isn't present in icons
sets like Tango, where the sub icons are placed underneath the folder
and not to its right side. This issue was present in Edgy as well.
