It looks like ucf is failing instead of prompting to update the config
file. I'm not sure why that would fail.

When I start my screen, a blue screen appears with 2 options,
1. GNU/grub-pc
2. Advanced options for ubuntu.
And I have to always click on 1 to get my PC started(or it
automatically chooses 1).
