Title:
Bluetooth headset shows up in sound settings only on initial setup,
but won't appear on subsequent connects

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When connecting to a BeeWi bluetooth receiver, which identifies itself
as a bluetooth headset, ubuntu successfully pairs with it and it shows
up in the sound settings as an audio output device. But this works
only once. Subsequent attempts to connect with the device are also
successful but it won't be listet as an audio output device anymore.

I tried removing the device from the paired devices list and re-
pairing but it still does not show up.
