Title:
No sound on bluetooth headset in A2DP mode on connect
Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
System: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
Package: pulseaudio
Version: 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.1
After connecting a bluetooth headset in A2DP mode, no sound is played
(on any output device). If I then switch to HSP/HPF mode, it works,
but switching back to A2DP mode fails completely (when selecting A2DP
from the dropdown menu in the audio settings, the output sink switches
to internal audio and when reselecting bluetooth it is again in
HSP/HPF mode).
When connecting in HSP/HPF mode and then switching to A2DP mode, it
works fine, even when switching back and forth between them.
(Edit: Problem occurs independent of module-switch on connect.)
