Title:
package cups 1.6.1-0ubuntu11.4 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess
installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Status in cups package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
I initially uninstalled cups because I don't have a printer and I was
clearing all internet ports and connections not necessary to control
what do I upload download from wich ports are allowed by wich programs
using ipfilter.
From then all packages refering to cups when installing are crashing
and reporting installation failed.
I tried to reinstall cups but the problem stays the same. I believe
it only works great when installed initially by the system.
Thanks for any advice according to this topic.
Jonathan
