Bug description:
ubuntu 17.04 unity8
[unity8] if an app crashes or you kill it the launcher menu still
shows instances that don't exist anymore and if you click on it
crashes unity8
first i notices with tupi (qt5 app), when you save the project tupi
crashes but it leaves behind in the app launcher menu the current
state even though the app is not running anymore. you don't need to
test with tupi you can just test with a random app (terminix), open
new windows and then "pkill -9 terminix". clicking on the old stuff in
launcher menu (right click on terminix) click, crashes unity8
