Reproduction:
1. Boot
2. Select HDMI from Sound Settings
3. [sounds play]
4. Monitor sleeps (PC does not)
5. Monitor wakes
6. No sound, HDMI is missing from Sound Settings
7. Re-plugging the HDMI cable restores the option, repeat from 2.
