Note, this was found while testing for bug 1672804. I was not able to reproduce this exactly, but I was able to reproduce the opposite - once. (I did *not* have the extra UA override but it showed *no* warning). So I wonder if this was a caching issue somewhere, as then after another restart I got the warning.
