  Half-maximize on the edge sometimes leaves the highlight around

Bug description:
  ubuntu 17.04 Unity 8
  open 2 random apps, snap on app to the right, now while the app is snapping 
just push the mouse a bit to the right, (i do this a lot unintentionally), now 
you'll see the spread hint (the begining on the spread animation), now let it 
go, it exits the spread hint and you see the app snapped. but now if you alt 
tab to the other app you'll see the transparent rectangle from the snap 
animation on the screen on top of the snapped app.
